To even ponder the issue is to have left the domain of science
That depends on how theists wish to define god. If they propose god as the creator of all things then they have strayed onto the territory of science not the other way round.

My friend told me not too recently that he was atheist (never been a dub) He said he hadn't told his parents for fear of being stigmatized by "outing" himself".
The existence or not of God is a theological/philosophical question the answer to which cannot be determined via the scientific method.
But could it be answered through the study of human psychology and social behavioral sciences, localized within the time frame of
ancient human civilizations ? Perhaps it could
I never let it be known in any situation that I am an atheist, until I feel that I may have found a like minded person. It's like being part of some resistance movement. We must be cautious.
Aye. Cautious as doves. Innocent as serpents.
Sweet Baby that sounds oddly sensssssual. And Scots! Grrrrrr
haha, hey, Beks you missed an epic thread (with a climax and everything) by Zoiks the Almighty. Even that Falcon bastard made a return for it.
EDIT: Sorry, back to hostility towards atheists topic.
"If religious people could be reasoned with there would be no religious people."
We live in the 21st century and people still in God this is sad.I thought we progress out of this thinking.
"We preach peace, forgiveness, tolerance and love. We practice vengeance, persecution, hatred and domination.
My personal beliefs are supported and validated by my convictions. Oh, and never forget .... my religion is truth, yours is a lie."
