I did not see anywhere. Whats the status of the victim in the congregation , inactive, DFed , DA? Any background on that?

Blindersoff1, you asked about the victim's current status. Candace was raised as JW, her father is an elder, mother is no longer JW, (mother and father divorced long ago) grandparents are active JW's, but Candace herself decided she would never be baptized. So they couldnt' DF her.
