Just 2p, since I revisited this, briefly, just last week.

The fourth beast, of Daniel 7, also had ten horns.
But then an eleventh one sprouted forth, comparable to the image of the wild beast in Revelation.

Where do you get all the explainations you claim as being the truth about the visions of John. I think he was probably out of his head with fever or something. Nothing so far has happened to prove anything he envisioned meant anything. A complete waste of time, like most of what we all do. Death is going to get us all and after that no one knows......

I can't understand why anyone would want to spend so much time trying to interpret these old dreams....

This was why I felt that the actual end of this system is after Christ's rein because the Devil will still have plenty of access to pillage and corrupt as much as he has now only under different conditions, due to people being smarter the next time around.

Would not this be the purpose of letting the devil loose again for a short time, his opportunity to entice as many people back into this, or some other form of corruption? He would IMO be working at it with more enthusiasm then ever and not to mention about 1,000 years to plan for it.

I didn't mean I thought they would return as "Humans." Just return but obviously in the form that they would be elevated to.

They would be "rulers" "Kings" and Priests" over the "earth," or Upon the "earth." The earth will not have "Humans" as rulers ever again or as kings or priests as is does now. That's what "they" would be in place as instead.
Michael would be ruler and king over them. After all we are talking about "Forever" it would no doubt get pretty boring for Michael the arc angle to spend forever just watching people on earth. He must have other plans. Plans that may not involve us at all.

And since the Anointed came from the earth then wouldn't it make sense that they would have access to it? They would be a "New" type of creation.

My inquireing mind is more concerned with the different translations and meanings in "The Bible" and I consider allopinions of those who study and read them.

OK believe it or not this does have relevance IMO when trying to unscramble the meaning of all the Heads and Horns.

We are after all talking about "Visions" of future events pictured symbolically. And no one can, as of yet, agree on where they all fit in to place or even if there finished yet.

I agree with you that the ten horns are all on the seventh head. I believe the seventh head is the Soviet Union/Russia. It is the head that appears dead (Rev 13) but revives. The ten horns are kingdoms that emerge from the 7th head - Russia.

Why would you assume that the 7th head would be Russia?
Because you believe it fits the pattern of emerging again after it was thought to have been defeated. Right?
What else leads you to believe that

What I'm attempting to get at is
if we're to look at this vision as inspired
then it must be a part of a pattern that takes place in
"specific" order and "exact" numbers are of significant
importance.
It just wouldn't "happen" that the 7th head
would have ten horns due to chance and John
was just merely seeing into the future.
And documenting his vision.
The 10 horns would be on the 7th head
for a predetermined purpose.

The number 7 has also had purpose and meaning.
It being "perfect". or perhaps "complete"
