cause I just read genesis chaper 6 and I didn't see it. Or am I missing something?
Did Jehovah give Noah a specific command to warn others of the flood?

Nope. You're not missing anything, as it's not in thr Genesis account that he did preach.
From memory, there are some later claims that Noah had preached, but Jesus in Matthew says that "no one knew the day or hour" when the Flood came, so it's not clear if he warned others or not.
Interestingly, the koran contains an account of Noah wherein there WERE other survivors (around 60, approximately), which is more plausible from the biological 'bottle-neck' genetics problem, but even more impossible in terms of provisions (food, fresh water!) lasting for a year.
Someone else can quote chapter and verse, I'm sure, to provide more info of the NT passages, but that's the gist of what I remember....

Anyways, regardless if I was Noah I wouldn't be preaching very hard.
What if say 100 people converted at the last minute just days before the door of the ark was closed.
would the ark hold them all? would there be enough food?

The Elder giving the public talk today at the meeting was using this to guilt trip the congregation into preaching more.
He said look at Noah, Jehovah gave him a commission to preach and he did just so. And I'm looking and I can't see where the bible told Noah to preach and it isnt there

There wouldn't be enough for 8, as it stands. The whole account is wildly impossible from ANY angle (nautical engineering, biology, climatology, geology, etc) that you have to invoke God Magic at every turn....

Yeah, from the web, I found this:
In 2 peter 2 v 5, we are told that Noah was a “preacher of Righteousness” the greek word is κ?ρυξ. It means to HERALD. Dictionary explains herald as “announce or proclaim”. So, even though the bible doesn’t write “he preached” in genesis, the book of 2 Peter explains it.
That's the claim: I dunno if it holds any water....

Sorry EE: I couldn't resist.
We all OK on the answer there? Sounds about right? (and I don't mean to "Leolaia-level" quality, but "in-the-ballpark, good-enough-for-preaching-work" answer?)

Preaching makes no sense if the flood was global. After 2000 years there would have been around 1 billion people spread around the globe, taking into account the large families listed in the bible, and that people lived to 1000 years old. Noah had no hope of reaching even a tiny fraction of them to provide any warning.

I don't think Noah did much witnessing, really. If he had woken up the Nephilim on a Saturday morning they would have beaten him up, lol.
