This person is also a big Steven Segal fan. How do I respect such a person?

LOL! Too funny. I am a snob about purses. Love my Coach, Dooney and Burke and Michael Kors. Wish I could afford Louis Vuitton and Prada..

I'm a snob about sport - football specifically and by that I mean what you guys insist on calling soccer.

Rugby is tedious and lacking in skill. American football manges to make rugby look intersting. Stop-start set pieces that have more to do with TV advertising than sport.

Football is the zenith of team sports. At its best it is poetry in motion - fast flowing passing combinations, deft individual touches, turns and dribbles and astonishingly skillful and powerful finishing.

It is end-to-end competion, 90 minutes of pure athleticism guided by tactics as inpenetrable to the uninitiated as Grandmaster chess.

    It is "The Beautiful Game".

Outlaw, if you just go to KFC, then problem solved.....Mr.Freeze

    LOL!!..

I can ususally duplicate what I taste..I`ve never been able to "knock off" KFC..

If I want real KFC,I have to go to KFC..

I love good Chinese food too..

Fortunately I have a chef friend who cooks it for me at her restaurant..

    (Shes one of the Best)

It`s something I`d rather go out for as a treat..

Than stay home and cook myself..

    sir82: which is your fave?

That's like asking which child is your favorite?

In no particular order, 5 I would go well out of my way to see again and again: Carmen, La Traviata, Tosca, Aida, Nabucco, Rigoletto, Turandot...

Whoops, that's 7. I told you it was tough....

Certain kinds of music, especially when genre styles have been taken over by large record companies that have killed the very soul of the music they were hoping to get rich from.

Country music comes to mind. If you're a Tim McGraw, Kenney Chesney, Keith Urban, Big and Rich, Taylor Swift fan... you aren't a true country music fan. You're a pop music fan.

Ironic how defending the roots of a low brow music genre can make you a snob...

Sir82 - One day I would like to go to the Opera. Where should I begin? (I hate musical theatre by the way)

Cofty, do you prefer MUSIC driven experiences or STORY driven?

How's your Italian, German and/or French?

Omelettes. When I order a veggi or western omelette I want a omelette, NOT a wrap.

I have no languages apart from English - with a Scottish dialect!

I could chill about not understanding a word of it if the music was inspiring.
