You have to be MORE SPECIFIC!
A red one... hahahah
OK - here goes. I reserve the right to change my mind.
1.Book: Gödel,Escher,Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid [Douglas R. Hofstadter] - (same as Terry)
2.Movie: Le Mans (Steve McQueen) - (hard to pick movies, so I just picked the best car movie ever)

They are ALL red, tornapart - the rest are mistakes in color choice.
Yes.. of course James! Ok.. the 458...
Yes, the 458 Spyder is a worthy choice.

Terry, I am puzzled by your car choice. There was an E-type Jaguar with 12 cylinders, but that engine was not of Maserati origin.
BTW - Maserati has never produced a road going V-12 engine, other than their version of the Ferrari Enzo - which had a Ferrari engine.
Sort of an in-joke, James. My favorite film composer John Barry drove an E-type Jag that had a Maserati engine dropped in back in the mid 60's when he was
married to his wife Jane Birkin. I remember lusting after either his wife, his career or his car!
