So the creator made humans that can show empathy yet he fails to do so himself? Makes no sense to me.

Yes, of course. But it overrides empathy.

Vengence is chemical. Psychopathy is a lack of empathy. A psychopath is unable to feel what his victim feels. He is lacking, in that sense. His brain does not have that organic construct. A true psychopath cannot be cured.
Validity stems from empathy, as it wieghs what is the most beneficial for all concerned. It is based on a concensus, where as empathy comes from the individual.
