Parakeet - two degrees in English Literature ? From what university ? I graduated from The University

of California, College of Creative Studies, (thats where I get my creative spelling) Then Simon Fraser

in Vancouver BC. But the most useful thing I might have done was a technical associate of arts in

Architectural Drafting Technology, disjointed I know, not a clear path. I painted Murals for a Park District,

ran an After School program serving 65 children a day, ran summer camps, taught Adult High School,

taught at Vancouver Community College, Vancouver "Career" School, (a bogus private school )

I drew house plans mostly, a lot of house plans for building that were actually built, I also did graphic

art and I am a painter and show my paintings. I am still plodding along, doing art, printing out my

designs on greeting cards, setting up an Etsy Shop. Retired but need to be doing something.

my tongue-in cheek comments on the Jesus' conversation with a lady over a drink shows how I thing these stories should be viewed.

A counterfeit religion would disfellowship Jesus for questionable conduct violating WT er pharisees human traditions.

Not quite, i was showing that he did pay attention to the customs and styles of the jews back then. His entire life is defined by his jewishness. He only accepted male apostles and only preached to jews to save jews. Peter and the other apostles was there and thats what he argued against Paul.

Well we dont have the daily details int he text so the best we can do is extrapolate from his other examples. No where else in the gospels does he eat with none Jews. His apostles also argued that it was wrong to eat with gentiles. There are several arguments between Peter and Paul about this in the NT. I have never placed Jesus on a pedastal. I dont think he was some beacon of kindness that we should aspire. I think if he is simply just another jewish man with jewish customs. If we examine these customs honestly we would find them quite disgusting and offensive simply because they were extremely racist.

f he repeated his general interactions today he would be considered quite an offensive little man. Nobody makes excuses for the Taliban and their backward religious inspired madness. The sad thing is their behaviour is not all that different from jesus. He was blinded by race and male superiority.
