A religion that started off being a adulterated commercialized fraud,

becomes the only true religion chosen by god himself, thats a real irony in itself.

The original title of Rutherford's talks was "Millions Now Living May Never Die". It became such a great commercial success that it was changed to "Millions Now Living Will Never Die". After all, if you can sucker in lots of people with "May", "Will" should sucker in even more people.

After his false prophecies failed, the WT has backpedaled occasionally and quotes the title as being "Millions Now Living May Never Die". This is a diversionary tactic to make it appear as if it wasn't a definite assertion, and any who believed it was stated emphatically by Rutherford were mistaken.

Lies to cover lies.

History shows that the public exposure of these facts actually began before 1922. For example, the lecture "Millions Now Living May Never Die," first delivered in 1918 and published in booklet form in 1920, told of Christendom’s failure and of the approaching end of this world.
