For a person who professes a background in law enforcement, it's rather surprising that you are ignorant of the definiition of "homicide." Homicide is defined as "[t]he killing of one human being by the act, procurement, or omission of another." BLACK'S LAW DICTIONARY 734 (6th Ed. 1990).

I don't think you do understand English. Because in Florida you are allowed to stand your ground and exercise

self defense and all the circumstantial evidence suggest that Zimmerman was attacked by Martin and was

being beaten by him.

Honesty is not your strong card. I never "admonishe others to not speculate." I simply stated that none of us are in the position to answer the question, while offering my own opinion of the case qualified by the fact that at this time, I could not vote one way or the other.

Misrepresenting my statements, and then attacking your own misrepresentations, is dishonest. I tend to avoid further discussion with dishonest individuals.

As for your characterization of me as "pious," you are certainly entitled to your own opinion of me. Your decision to express it here does not support the bogus claims you have made about my posts.

This whole notion that a free society is going to cower in fear of riots and stick GZ with "other charges" and make a kangaroo court is appalling. All of this BS just to appease a group of radical Americans who are being exploited for political currency by a bankrupt US Justice dept, democratic party, and liberal media. JB: You are refering to a social issue where many people from the same ethnicity may chose a life of crime / violence for whatever reason. It doesn't follow that all people from that ethnicity are violent criminals though even if in one area they may make up a larger percentage of such ones (which wouldn't be a surprise if there is a predominent ethnic group).

Not quite the right quote but something along the lines of: "Just because all crows are black, doesn't mean all black things are crows" (except I'm not saying that all 'crows' are, erm 'black' ...)

You have a fragile ego, don't you? I was only pointing out the contradictions in your post. Allow me to provide a useful edit to you, since I did grasp your point about not providing speculation when you are not on the jury.

Unless you watched the entire trial, you have no basis to express an opinion on how you would have voted if you had been on the jury. From the evidence I am aware of, it looks like he's guily of voluntary manslaughter. But like everyone else here who hasn't seen the entire trial, I have no basis to express an opinoin as to how I would vote if I were on the Zimmerman jury. It is quite possible I would vote to acquit him if I heard all the evidence.

Don't worry, you can repost that without giving me any credit. I just got the contradictory stuff out of it for you. You can say you didn't 'admonish' all you want, but the fact remains that you informed people that they have no basis to express an opinion, and then expressed yours anyway. Unless you are just jumping in afterwards because everyone else did so? Either express the opinion, or stick to your initial premise of no one here having the basis to express an opinion in the first place. You can't have it both ways.

@ Questioning Everything - As someone who lives in Detroit, Michigan-I don't know any black people who call other blacks thugs, unless they are the JW type. To me, it is a substitute for the N-word .

Curious why do you believe that way when thugs come in many different froms? I don't think there is a better word to describe them do you? Perhaps you would prefer the term misfits.
