Well Byron's just over an hour from where I live. Been there many times. It's a gorgeous place. I love the walks around the lighthouse and Watego's Beach. It's lived down its reputation as a stoner town now, as it's become a playground for the rich.

Ahh... the intractable and perennial conundrum of how to help the "blind leading the blind" see that they are blind...

It just seems a fool's errand, but I suppose many optimists, myself included, prefer living in hope rather than despair (except in the case of militantly unrepentant Pharisees).

Feenando......the joy comes in knowing they are not actually blind, they are simply holding their eyes tightly shut becsuse someone told them to. We have the hard job of convincing them that it is safe for them open their eyes AND use them, then explore all the truths and evidence for themselves...

or .......we could just take their white stick?
