You might want to think about your long game on this one. If you do loan them the money you can use this in future disputes with your siblings (if any). You can use it a point of reference to show that you (the DF'd one) were the one who provided for them in their time of need not their uber JW loser son. If you do lend them money though I would suggest getting the terms in writing, and indicate that this money is 1) not a gift from jehovah 2) and none of it will be donated to the wt$. If you can spare the money, it might give you a sense of satisfaction that you acted as the bigger person. Good luck with whatever you choose to do.
Another story... possibly final story

confused, I feel for you. I hope you keep us up to date. Just thinking if you loan them the money before your disfellowshipped, you won't get any back, because you are dead in teir eyes.

Hi C&A,
Perhaps instead of sending them money they should send these bills they are behind on, to you, so you could be in control of the money. IF you've decided to give them money they are screaming for as if they were entitled to your property that you have worked for.
Maybe you could negotiate some of the credit card balances, etc.
Rhetorical: What does your wife say about it?

Hi again, C&A,
I think now you have given in your disassociating letter, I read in another thread. So if you decide to give them the money, maybe it would be fun to send them a check IN CARE OF their wonderful body of elders; like send it to the Presiding Overseer - or better yet, the wife of one of the elders or a sister who is a huge gossip, yeah, that's the ticket!
Because that way they can't hush it all up that their son who is not in the Puke bailed them out of their self-induced misery.

It is for this reason that keeping your mouth shut is the best policy. I can't stress it enough. As far as my cong is concerned I'm just a guy who is to lazy to go to the meetings, and that's the way I like it.

This is so sad. Your brother should have at least offered to help your parents out with half of the money.
They lose all manners. It really just helps them all how to be rude doesn't it?

Doesn't the bible say to take account of your own expenses and count the cost of discipleship? Doesn't it say to be self sufficient, and that Jehovah will provide? Your brother is going against Jesus's own words. Tell THAT to your dad. Mooching off an old man is despicable.
