Yeah I was thinking about that yesterday. Loose conduct is stuff of a sexual nature. Brazen conduct is like, almost anything. So they literally changed the meaning of a scripture to mean something completely different.

The english language that I know speaks more often of 'loose', as in loose woman and loose morals than it does of the word 'brazen'. It is a change to suit themselves.

If a brother or sister furtively and in private with consenting adult partners engages in sexual misconduct, how can that be construed as "brazen conduct" by the strict dictionary definition of the word "brazen"? Just asking.

The society has been throwing around the phrase brazen conduct for some time, years in fact. It's been in the elders' book and other publications. I suspect it's been in BoE letters as well when related to judicial matters.
Loose conduct is too geared towards matters such as sexual conduct, drunkeness etc. Brazen conduct can be more easily associated with a wider range of rebellious behaviour. That suits the WTS, especially when related to those veering towards anti-WTS views.
All that has happened is that they have thrown it into the Bible now so that no one can claim it's not a Biblical phrase.
Another loophole closed.
