I appreciate your comments, though you are not a poetry person. I haven't a clue why, but since childhood I never could just say something in an ordinary way. Give me a word or phrase and I'm shooting for the outer reaches.
Are you familiar with the term "prose poetry"? That's what my stuff tends toward.

She was in a very bad state
She drank the Kool-aid
Prayed prayed and prayed
She's learned TTATT now, so it wasn't too late!!!!
