  As I have stated elsewhere on this forum, I am a serving elder. But this, AM III: “So frankly, if you’re not prepared as a parent to help strengthen the spirituality of your children, sit them down, and say goodbye. Jehovah is never sentimental” is not at all what we as elders have been trained and encouraged to do. Jehovah never told us to be this blunt and cruel. If you did literally sit the kids down and tell them this, what a surprise it would be (not) if they decided to get out as soon as possible.

  Morris is the same guy who told JW's in a talk several years ago that HE will be able to handle seeing dead bodies easier than typical JW's at Armageddon because he fought in Vietnam and saw dead carcasses. WTF ? All I can say that this is a dangerous man put in a dangerously high authority position controlling 7 million people's lives with idiotic jargon. His power should be castrated. But it won't be.
