“The Bible does not say: ‘don’t keep company with anyone, unless it’s one of your close relatives’. It does not say: ‘well this is my daughter; this is my son that was disfellowshipped’. It doesn’t say: ‘well you don’t understand, this is my mother that was disfellowshipped, my father that was disfellowshipped’. The Bible says “ANY-ONE”.”
So, let's take the Bible literally here, but not when Jesus says "anyone", such as at John 6:50,51: "This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that anyone may eat of it and not die. 51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven; if anyone eats of this bread he will live forever; and, for a fact, the bread that I shall give is my flesh in behalf of the life of the world.”
Such double-speak!
