I think women make good "hanging judges", due to the cultural pressure to overcompensate and prove that they can be as "tough" as a man. The fact is, men view the authority to grant clemency as an exercise of their power. I hate to pigeon-hole women but, they need to learn these lessons if they're going to wield power in a comparable fashion
I find this offensive. This thread was to expose the stereotype that women can't do math, so now you are adding a new one that women can't judge fairly? I have worked with male and female bosses, neither is better or worse overall in my experience. This sounds like something a man would say when he feels belittled by a female being in power. Are there tough female judges? Sure, there must be, just as there are tough men judges. We have women on the supreme court, do you honestly think they only got there by being hanging everyone?
Twenty lashes to you with a wet noodle.
