  Pull out a chair for that one. Jehoober will also take care of you in your old age, so you can preach all of your life instead of getting a career. Then when you're old, you'll be asking your friends and family for help, because Jehoober always seems to be too busy to do anything.

  incredibly, it seems that science and technology are the only things that have been able to deliver when we need it. Everytime there is a problem, science and technology come to the rescue over and over again. I don't know about you, but i'll put my trust on the things that seem to deliver results.

  You are right about XBEHERE's comment. The problem is that it is too late and the religion can spout all the anti-education propaganda they want.

  The religion has forever lost the best and brightest and they WILL NEVER see this caliber of people ever again. Let's not even go into what has come into the religion in recent years.

  Of course, this doesn't make any difference to me or anybody else who is out of the religion - but I do sincerely feel sorry for any responsible working people still there. The poor dears will be targeted left and right like they were ATM machines!

  Theres a story with similarities to this in the early 70's watchtower article, except it was about a women's rights feminist group. As the story goes, one lady was in this group, became disappointed with the way things worked out because some people argued and some said they we're fighting for "lesbian" rights and such. So this lady studies with the Jehovah's Witnesses, learned about how things will improve in the future, about how a man is suppose to be dominant head-of-the-house, leaves them and became a happy Witness.
