Where am I now?
Still struggling on with my load but I've taken up Kung Fu which has given me a new focus and a few different bruises, aches and pains........and at my age....for shame!
It's always darkest before the dawn .... you had a lot to deal wtih in the past few years - life has been a rollercoaster. Ths worry about your dear son must be making you crazy, and hell, no wonder you're depressed! Like others have said, though, one step at a time, get some sunshine, and try to eat right! Pick up that guitar every day! I'll be sending you love and healing energy, my friend.

Hi Punk, I just wanted you to know I was thinking about you and wishing you well.
Sometimes the only reason I get up is I have to get to work. I'm afraid to quit because then. I would probably stay in bed hiding under the covers.
