I toyed with spirituality (Martinist Freemasonry), didn't help. I just had to burst the bubble of delusion.

I know we are all alone, some more than others.

You have to injest it until you are unaware of it.

Like a smoker and a cigarette.

The smoker is not aware the cigarette is kiling him puff by puff.

Every 10 minutes he craves the medication the high.

These are metaphors, God and the Devil are in the details.

I can't even watch comedy tv now coz I don't laugh anymore.

I recon I need some laughing gas ay?!

Laughter is the best medicine, When I find myself in a funk, I prescribe myself Seinfeild, King of Queens, Big Bang theory.

There must be an English equivalent.

You might need some Paxil, Pozax, zoloft.

I put off taking anti depressants until I was in my 50's now my wife wont let me stop.

When I try to stop she is on me within the week. Not just her but my Son, daughter in law and grand kids notice.

JB - I love the big bang theory. Just wanna avoid meds...cost too much on the NHS.

In the states with our crappy health care system I get Citalopram for 12$ for a 90 day supply.

You can get the older anti depressants cheap once they are out of their patent protection and

they start selling them by the generic name.

Citalopram is an older anti depressant. Its all smoke and mirrors they just make a molecule spin one way and

not the other and they have a new anti-depressant.
