@stuckinarut2 i did not say that baptism or growth is a proof that something is the truth not did i claim that numbers were significant in context of the general population

I just made a point towards someone who claimed that this was the largest online anti-jw community

Hey Emeth, I find it strange that you joined this "largest online community of apostates" yourself 6 months ago!

Why did you do so?

Were you curious or doubtful yourself, or did you think you could save some apostates?

@stuckinarut2 i came here (as a lurker) every now and then way before i became a witness. I did read (and still have) CoC and some other anti-jw books, and explored almost every apostate site that i could find during the years after 2000.

But i must say this site and other apostate sites did not attract me at all,.. it did not convince me. It felt not right... for some reason i did not like what i heard on those sites. JW's on the other hand felt, in my case, right. So i did several years of research... the pro's and con's without prejudices,.. objective and i decided to become one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Anyway i made an account to be able to pm several persons. Short time after i signed up the most important one left this forum as i will do too ... soon

But how do your reconcile the fact that you are being directly disobediant to 'the slave class' by being a part of this forum, while happily being a witness?

I think you actually have doubts re the "truth" otherwise you wouldnt keep coming back here...?

Do you actively tell ones in the cong you post on here? Or do you hide it and keep it secret because you know you would be in trouble if found out?

(I'll stop now, I just couldn't resist pointing out some of the values of this site)
