hey pat....yeah, i have goals, especially some materialistic ones. Spiritually, my goal is to understand things.

You still need goals. Even in the "world" they teach you to set goals... they just tell you to set realistic goals instead.

I set the goal last year this time to go back to school and get my teaching certificate. One year later I will be starting my student teaching internship tomorrow (9-3-02)! My next goal will be to support my husband as he returns to school to get his paramedic certificate. I will then go back into the program and get my masters degree.

See, goals are not bad things. so go ahead and set some realistic ones.... baaaahhh on the JWs :P

did I read your list right? You are going to divorce your hubby? wow, when did this decision come about?

I agree we need goals in our lifes to help us not to just wonder and waste our future. FreePeace has a good article he published saying you need to map out where you want to be 5, 10. 15, etc years from now. We always had our lives on hold waiting for the new system that we didn't learn how to really plan for our future.

1) Finish School

2) Develop and sell U.S. Military Hardware

3) Take over the world

4) Cut down all the trees in Canada and Make a Really big log house

5) Nuke China for the hell of it.....

My goals/plans serve in the full time ministry work, while the opportunity is still here. This is the only time in history where we can take part in the world wide preaching work! Thats my goal...........

Ok, really now....

1. 2 Chicks at the same time

2. Nuke China after 151 nukes china

3. Learn to surf

4. Hang glide

5. Get a PHD so people have to call me Dr. Truthseeker
