12 hr flight sounds conservative to me...I thought it was 14-15...but geez I wouldn't know for sure...I have never travelled to the states...best to check that one with Prisca (again) as she knows everything Oh I see I speak to soon!!

Lilacs, if you are on the east coast then you have to fly from there to the west, and then from the west coast to Australia.
Otherwise you would have to fly from the east coast to Europe, and then from Europe to Oz. And the Europe-Oz haul is 24hrs alone - been there, done that
I just thought about something. I'm going to have a busy 12 months. I go to Myrtle beach in Novemebr. MN in May or June and then Australia next fall. I don't think I've traveled that much in one year my entire life.
I better advertise my cleaning service in all the papers or I will be broke.
