  Aren't JW elder bodies instructed to send a certified or registered letter to a person they want to meet with judicially that has not responded to verbal requests or attempts? They do this even if they think or know the person will not attend.

  Why do they do this? To provide a written, recorded history of their attempts to help the person, I thought. May be Bill just wants to show he tried everything he could, and have a public record of it, before it writes them off.

  I am not a mindreader of Bill Bowen's mind or of anyone on the GB or in "authority" in the WTS. But I do know that the WTS wants to look good to non-witnesses (at least for now).

  They came to me after 13 years I was DF. They wanted to see if I wanted to be reinstated. Maybe they will do the same with Bill to Silence him.

  Mouthy......the current WT policy is......known Apostates , do not get the once a year visit from the elders that a non-apostate disfellowshiped person gets. They are not called on period.

  Whether Bill is charged with this I'm not sure.....I know one of the things was for 'causing divisions'

  and counting the number of topics he has started.. we arrive at 140 in just over a 3 month period.

  If you look at the actual content of most of the topics, SixofNine appears correct...

  Possibly you need to NOT start every topic that pops into your head?

  Ya Know Reborn.....M&M has not had.... a bad # of hits.

  I look at the hits some get, and they many times do not get that many.

  Fred Hall( when he was here) You Know, and some of the others, sometimes would get the most.

  Sometimes these "funny sounding threads' can lead into some other intresting things. I think there is" someone for everyone"............................................and tommy's love was becky...in her arms he didn't have...... to prove he was a man..............damit...got sidetracked! To much crack

  Not being mean, I am simply stating facts. 140 topics in a 90 day period is a bit ridiculous. Do the math. Over 1.5 topics a day? EVERY DAY?

  I respectfully disagree. The ability to speak your mind is the very course of action a discussion board is to serve.

  I never said anyone had to agree with my opinion.

  Nor did I say anyone had to like my opinion. But just like minimus has the right to post 140 topics in 90 days. I have the right to say that can be a bit too much flapping of his gums (or would that be fingers flying while typing on the keyboard?)

  I didn't say you don't have the RIGHT to say what you think. I said we don't always HAVE TO say what we think especially if it's mean. Maybe Minimus likes to post new topics. Maybe someone appreciates them even though you do not. Maybe people should live and let live.

  Everyone always thinks THEIR OWN topics are so great. The people who fluff get lam basted by the ones who hate fluff, the people who are intillectual types think everyone has to agree with them. And on and on and on.

  This board has its good points but one of its major bad points in my opinion is that there is no tolerance. Just my opinion Reborn and Six, I think youguys were being mean.

  Hey, am I a Jedi now finally after how many years? Sheesh! I guess I don't fall in the Minimus class eh.
