No Maui is a seperate island. It's bigger than the island that Honolulu is on with only 10% of the population. About 100,000 live there. Maui has it's lush side and it has it's dry side as Oahu does. Honolulu is on Oahu.
Maui has more waterfalls than you can count. Beautiful pools and you can still find a beach all to yourself without a lot of work. You just go away from the condos. I'm spending May and June there next year and can't wait.
But first I have to rid myself of this stupid Oregon sore throat. It's going to ruin my diving this weekend.
