Zech, my beliefs are very different than yours. However, I do respect your sincerety, and I know you feel good about what you believe. Please don't b3 hard on us, like Rem and myself, who can not and never believe as you do/
Jesus definately would agree with me.
I'm no dummy and I know a lot of things but it is not what I know I treasure but that I have the gift of wisdom the Spirit grants me to properly percieve and understand whatever little I know.
I don't rely on worldly education. All the important things about faith and God can be easily understood by anyone of any education. No one needs any education to know whether God exists. Unbelievers disbelief is only a biased opinion based on fear of trust. It has nothing to do with the intellect.
It has everything to do with ones willingness to believe.
Jesus was disgusted with the false pride of the educated who denied him and tried to bolster their opinions with claims of superior intellect. I take similar pride in not being understood by people like this and being called a fool and mad.
The wisdom of the world is foolishness with God. I appreciate that scripture more and more in this debate about belief on this board.

I thought that you might find this interesting.
It will be noticed that there are very few conflicts where red and green are mixed in one verse. Gen 6:7 is one such verse where the colors are mixed. I have no explanation in this case. Gen 7:2 is another such verse. It shouldnt be surprising that the word two would be found in both. Gen 7:16 is unique, both the words God and Jehovah appear in it. This verse is almost word for word the same as Gen 7:9 with the exception of the last phrase and Jehovah shut him in. I feel that the break in the verse followed by the additional text justifies highlighting the first portion red and the last portion after the break green.
This method of highlighting the text, should illustrate the different narratives if they exist. Some of the things to look for are as follows:
Where the text changes colors:
Does the different colored text seem out of place?
Does the different colored text interrupt the natural flow?
Does the different colored text seem contradictory?
Does the different colored text have a different theme?
If we keep only one color of text, will the narrative be complete and make more sense?
Are there actually two complete narratives?
Following this narrative is the same narrative with the green and yellow text removed. It seems more fluid without the other text, makes more sense and seems pretty much complete. The creator is called God, only two each of the animals were taken aboard the Ark, and the flood lasted 40 days.
Following the Red narrative is the Green and Yellow narrative. Although considerably shorter, it too seems fluid and possibly complete. The creator is called Jehovah, seven pairs of clean and two each of un-clean animals are taken aboard the Ark, and the flood lasted 1 year.
