Possible, but very very lengthy. And all of it would have to be done in Croatian, internationally, between everyone who got an extortion letter and Lloyd. Maybe there could be a class-action type of process
The cost would be pretty mammoth

We have the money!
Something that occurred to me... I wonder if Lardo knew that people would still be able to see the number of paid patrons even after he opened it to free members. I'm betting he didn't realize that number would still show and he could go around bragging about how he picked up 100 new patrons overnight or some shit.
Lloyd, your 2023 is going as well as you deserve. Not only is your lawsuit dead but you've been exposed as a liar about it, people called you out on shutting down your twitter not because of some random post about your daughter but because you knew that house of cards was about to crumble you fucking coward, you can't even maintain your JWwatch website on your own, no one is helping you with shit these days, the list goes on. You've earned every bit of misery you're feeling right now.
Oh and you can't sing and you're not funny. Loser.
...apart from what the above poster has rightly said you're otherwise ok!👍
😉😉
LMsA: If he doesn't comply
I have no idea if a countersuit is feasible or not. But if it was and they won, they wouldn't need to care if he complied or not. The verdict itself would be a direct kick in the pants. What could he do, at that point? Ignore it? Fine, everyone else could paper the internet with it and use it to embarrass him further. Or maybe he would make a post to his supporters, criticizing the verdict and making a show of promising not to comply? That would bring the news straight to the one remaining group that he really wishes wouldn't see it.
Then again, this seems to be the case with him over and over. His arrogance and plain old meanspiritedness have led him down a path of one bad decision after another. I don't really think it's possible for him to fix this anymore. The hole is too deep. His options are to keep digging until he disappears, or learn to wash dishes semi-competently and live on a shoestring.

That's funny, if true.
We might be entering a new phase, where the Patreon numbers don't tell enough of the story anymore. Just keep in mind, that if he had 5,000 patrons and fewer than 200 were paying him, he'd be in a panic. What's even more funny- his critics might make up more than half of his patron count before long, thanks to the free tier. How long before he decides that it is a bad idea?
Patron, noun:
"a person who gives financial or other support to a person, organization, cause, or activity"
If you have "patrons" that aren't paying, are they really still patrons? No, they are not. It'll potentially convince some who were paying patrons to drop down to the lower tier. I'm hoping the majority are only giving him $2 a month (still $24 a year to much).
He's just trying to give the illusion that he isn't hemorrhaging support.
But then everything he ever did was all for appearances and publicity.
His court filing was just part of the charade, he was really hoping that his shakedown letter would work and people would panic, remove their content, and give him a pay-day in the process.
It didn't work and he's lost his reputation and control. He's finished in the exJW community. Good riddance.
People might be able to sue and get a judgement against Lloyd. While collecting cross-border might be difficult, it could serve to limit his ability to travel for fear of being served while in a country where collection could be enforced.
It does feel as though a corner in this whole sordid story has been turned. I hope so, I for one am getting bored and tired of the whole thing. Don't misunderstand me, for as long as he continues to advocate for CSA victims I'll speak up as so many of us have but it really does seem as though he's sliding into stagnation and irrelevance.
I guess he'll maintain a hardcore of supporters who'll keep him funded for a few years more but it's all only going one way now.
