So I'm guessing he's submitted a new lawsuit since he didn't make the deadline?

Did his lawyers really make the deadline?
Letter dated 3 October clearly stated he had 8 days. Even if we were to count business days only, the 20th is well past the deadline unless he did file it on time and it took this long for it to post. Something worth looking into though,
Going abroad to Thailand and having sex with sex workers is by definition sex tourism
This also opens up Pandora's box considering that he has made several statements, often contradictory in nature. I am speaking primarily of the FB post where he clearly stated that he saw sex workers (plural) and that he dated one in the Gold interview and in subsequent statements.
Get ready Sisak. The shitshow is coming right to your door.
It's pure insanity that he actually wants to take these claims to a judge and have them rule on the merits.

Nope, this is the same one. I posted the screenshot above.

Your retired accountant would dearly love to see those financials. Please let me know if and when he produces them. I don't know how the Croatian courts deal with a request to produce records. In the US, refusing to provide them would not be an option.

Update: He really does believe that Croatian law is enforceable worldwide.

He truly is delusional. I can't believe I considered this guy intellectual at one time.
Probably just because I'm an American and when I hear a British accent I think, "Oh! This person must be smart!" -

I think he has to do this to save face with his loyal followers and avoid becoming more of a laughing stock.
Without some 'show' of legal redress he risks being tarnished forever by the things he himself admitted and made publicly available in his own livestream!

One doesn't save face by turning an already huge miscalculation into a full-on offensive. This will make him even more of a laughing stock, and will permanently expose further details best left private such as his medical records and company financials.
Huge, huge, huge mistake and it will only illustrate how guilty he was to begin with by insisting the court weigh in on all this.
Look at the YT comments on this. There are more than a few people who had NO IDEA what he was even talking about. He just fucked himself.

Lloyd Evans:
No matter how many months or years the legal process takes, I will see this through not just because I want my two girls to grow up without having to deal with unresolved stains on their father's character, but because ex-Jehovah's Witness activism will always be hamstrung so long as activists can be cancelled or exposed to character assassination by their own side with total immunity if their platform grows to a certain size. What world is Lloyd really living in!!!
