Try something more conventional, SpunkChic, no need to go fiddling around with the occult.
Try mailing them a pig's head. Sign them up for pornographic emails. Poop on their front porch.
Plant heroin in their house and call the police.

Czar - I like these ideas!! I have already subscribed them at least a hundred newsletters on the net to flood their inbox. I like the pigs head....
Hey! Who said doing anything bad. How about a spell that gives all dishonest lawyers a big hairy wart right on the end of their nose! This only inpacts bad lawyers, all goodalrkgh/fn#*!!lawyers, (sorry my fingers cramped on writing that) would not have a problem! Maverick
Lemme guess, it involved them accusing you of coming on to one of the husbands?
(I think I've seen this movie)(although the revenge thru witchcraft is kind of a new angle! yikes)

6of9 - HEAVENS NO! We stayed at my uncle's house and he told us the basement was ours. As soon as he left for work, his bitch of wife starts telling us how we need to close up our suitcases everyday, not to talk about a single event of the past, not to bring alcohol in the house (when others brought beer, she didn't scold them!), hid my personal belongings, when I went to take a walk she asked where I was going (like I'm a child and need her permission first!!!!!!) Then when we addressed these rules with my Uncle, his bitch of a wife screams at us and denied she said all of this!
Spunky,
Interesting idea about the curse. I know you are hurting but, may I make a different suggestion? Bless them. That's right, bless them. It will come back to you in many nice ways and it may even bring about a change of heart for them.
I have done this many times and it always turns out splendidly for both parties.

Spunky,
I too am a solitary witch. I would also suggest that you get the big blue book of witchcraft (it is big and blue, not called that) written by Raymond Buckland.
Putting spells on someone without their permission is HIGHLY looked down on by white witches as it always comes back "threefold", not necessarily three times as bad, but spiritually, physically and mentally, here or in the next life. Please think very hard before you cast any spell, especially if you are new to the craft. The best revenge is to live well, and try to forgive them for their discressions, for they only have to live with themselves, if you do something then you have to live with yourself and your conscience.
Good luck to you.

hey spunky!
uhhhhh.....opinions on wicca is a can of worms...LOL first wicca is a new witchcraft that claims antiquity(which being new is not bad, but they seem to have a pedigree complex)and secondly I doubt you will find a wiccan who will help you with a curse. They are 'white-lighters' meaning they have very strict rules about harming and karma. The two rules are 'Love is the whole of the Law, do what you will, harm ye none' and 'the law of three' which states that everything you do comes back to you times three(either three times or cubed). Now none of this is bad. but as a witch it is also not very useful. It is also a man made ethic, and as a witch I do not believe I need to have someone telling me how to live my life. To each his own. I mean no offense to any Wiccans here, and I do not want to be flamed---this is just my opinion as a witch who has practiced for 7 years now.
that being said, let me recommend some books.
Buckland's Complete Book of Witchcraft by Raymond Buckland
The Spiral Dance by Starhawk
I am sure alot of people will recommend Scott Cunningham and Silver Ravenwolf, but Scott is dull and Silver is silly. Buckland's book is large--coffee table size--- and it covers everything with good charts and pictures. StarHawk is one of the most respected living witches today---make sure you get her newest edition--20th anniversary! You can start with these and after you check out the different traditions, go from there. But these two will basically take you thru the first two years of actually practicing Wicca(or something close). Look up the different traditions available to prcatice(lots!) on
I am personally Strega, which is Italian Witchcraft, and we do not follow rules, nor are we afraid of curses. I can give you a curse if you like. But think seriously about it first. The best curses I have found are ones of the 'I'm rubber---you're glue...' variety that give the person back what they gave you. If a curse is deserved you have no reason to fear cursing. however if the curse is not totally deserved, you will pay a price for it yourself. Strega accept that responsibility and do not need someone telling them what is ethical and not. If you look up strega online you will see Raven Grimassi mentioned. He is a fraud and a sellout IN MY OPINION AND MOST OF THE REAL ITALIAN WITCHES I KNOW. He may have some good historical tales and maybe some decent rituals, but strega is only taught in person and passed on thru families. here is an excellent and beautiful website for strega that does not diminish the tradition by bastardizing it and going for the commercial market:

double post oops
One of my ex-sister-in-laws is a wiccan. She tried casting a spell on me for her brother, not the one I married, LOL!. eww, he gathered my fingernail clippings and hair from my hair brush and I don't know what else and burned them while looking into a mirror.
