Haven't checked this thread in a while. Here is Love....l hadn't heard this hymn before. What profound and touching lyrics that proclaim the gospel of Christ.
Belated thanks for sharing all three gems which would never be heard in a KH.
When the roll is called up yonder is an old favorite of mine. Its wonderful to have the assurance that our names are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Yes, both your selections would not fly in the Hall ... or in any church I am aware of either....well maybe in Antoine Levey's.

Down to the river...from the O Brother movie is quite moving as are a few others on the movie soundtrack.
One if my favorites is I'll Fly Away" although the version below is not from the soundtrack.
