any one else got some interesting ways to celebrate Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, National Hoilidays, Easter?

Lady Lee spawned our cookbook.
Quite nicely spawned too.
She's a good quality spawner.

However, my spawning ability doesn't tend to be in the area of cooking. I collect cookbooks rather than spawn them. Thusly, (not used wisely here) I spawn things in the garden. I'll leave the interpretation up to the reader.
Interesting ways to celebrate the holidays? Decorate - and go eat at somebody else's house. I can't do both yet.

Hey Grandma-to-be, Snap out of it! You must at least do cookies! The song "Over the river and through the woods to Grandmother's house we go" doesn't say squat about visiting Gran and looking at daylilies-perfect those recipes. Your new weeun will love ya all the more for it.

It has been suggested that we have a recipe collection for posters on JWD.
And that idea was taken one step further by suggesting that we make a cookbook with the various recipes provided by the posters here.
