Jimmy Carter. Not going into history as the best of chief executives but he was REAL! Still is.
I agree. He may not have been the greatest president but he's a good man, still involved in helping others, such as Habitat for Humanity. I've just always liked the man. What he didn't have was ruthlessness. It seems you need that quality to be a good president. Ghandi did say though that a leader is only a reflection of the people he leads.

I agree too. He certainly has found his calling since leaving the presidency. Good quote too about Gandhi.
