Reading this thread was really hard! I realize how lucky I am that my parents still talk to me all the time. If I even show up on msn messenger my mom immediatly starts to pm me...LOL! It might have something to do with the fact that they want to see their grandson. *shrugs*
Bridget, keep any contact you can with your parents. It might be painful but in the end it may help them. If you ever do feel that speaking with them is more painful than productive I wouldn't blame you is you cut off contact. You can't let them have that much power over you or your life! You've always got your other family here to come vent to if they drive you too nutty.
