Everybody worshipped the ground Mario Beltrami walked on.
He always had a list of things not to cook, and the "No-aluminum cookware" on his list.
People worshipped the guy, and always had banquets for him

My favorite of them all was probably Ray Hayes.
I think he ended up someplace in CA after getting
out of the CO rat-race.

Wow this thread has lasted forever. Doubt anybody checks it anymore, but I wanted to throw some names out there to see if anyone else had them: Gerald Peck, Rob Burdge, Gary Septer, Lou Puerini, Wayne Fisher, Chris Miller
I also had David Jolly, Osbeck, Meekins, Hoskins.
Kinda curious if any of you fine people are from my neck of the woods, Hawg Country
