  I did not say that. I do not think I have more insight on the truth.

  Contrariwise, both of you: Abbadon, I want to take Sirona's reply one step further -

  That each of you has insights the other does not have. Or, to put it more flippantly, the Goddess created atheists to keep the rest of us honest. Um, I'll just wave in the general direction of Tom Kunesh's book, The Shaman Atheist: the Dao of Atheism.

  Sorry, but she is a kook and full of WT crap. I was df'd for 13 years, for smoking, before I decided the org was a load. All those years my eyes were "open" to the teachings of the WTBTS, and I never ever for one second ever thought badly of the org or any of my former fellow brothers and sisters. All those years while df'd, I defended the org and their version of the truth, and I intended to get back one day . . . I was merely waiting until I could go back with a clean conscience and live completely for the org and Jehovah without hypocracy. I had stopped going yet Jehovah never took away my "eyes wide open'" outlook or belief. When I learned about the controversial issues such as hidden images in the WT publications, blood, NGO, and child abuse, and watching the acts of the JW apostles as they tried to ruine my kids did I begin to take exception to their ways. What that sister said to you is self-righteous garbage.

  Those true Christians are proved by their fruits. The JW's I am thinking of are like the trees Matthew talks about getting cut down and thrown into the fire. I want to be the one holding the match.
