I am not defending child abuse. I am just asking if you are not going to execute pedophiles, and can't administer a blade runner esc pedophile test and have ped-runners hunt down adults with dirty minds then what are you guys talking about?

What about a freed pedophiles that served their time are they still criminals?
You guys are saying things that sound really great, but in practice ends up like an Anglo-American Sharia. You want a dual standard to prevent child abuse get "tuff" and start killing and maiming people. The motive for killing and maiming is conventional methods are not preventing child abuse. Otherwise you Just seem to be advocating revenge. If you are advocating revenge It sucks that you can only let this be unleashed on pedophiles. I rather have open revenge on everyone.
There are 3 ways to solve this. Develope a means to increase impulse control in sex offenders, Kill them, or make a permanent institution where these people can live out their normal lives after they served their time away from children.
I have no problem with pedophiles BTW it is not any more a "disease" as homosexuality. Pedophillia is just a fetish. Since most pedophiles are hetrosexual it is not like are sexually flustrated because they can't have sex.

I think there is too many TV movie stereotypes about them. Many pedophiles are in adult realships while they abuse children.
*Some* pedophiles never physically molest children. They collect & view (among other things) pornography, etc. However, when a pedophile crosses over to physically abuse a child, it?s a crime. In some states, it?s also a crime to collect illegal child pornography, particularily if sent through mail. There are also other ways a pedophile can become a criminal without physically abusing a child. Hanging out in restrooms for a quick peek?

And ANOTHER Btw......................not ALL child molesters are child rapists. Some molesters never have sex with children. Some never even touch children. They're still molesters.....but not rapists. Many different kinds & levels of crimes.

Parents should therefore be encouraged (shouldn?t they be told that it?s ?The Law.??????) to turn to the doctor or the municipal social authorities. Never discourage anyone from reporting to the authorities. If the parents/victims report the abuse the elders will consider if they should also approach the authorities in accordance with Law of Social Service. (If it?s ?the Law? ? why are the elders only ?considering if? ? why not state ? it *must* be reported?) 2. HELP FOR THE VICTIMS A. In case of abuse steps must immediately be taken to protect the child against additional abuse. The parents, the victim or the elders *must immediately* take contact with a doctor or the Social Authorities. The victim *can* immediately go to the doctor or to the social authorities; they do not have to await the elder's decisions. Even though there is no cause for judicial action the elders should encourage the victim or the relatives to consider informing social authorities.So many different inuendos for elders - "untrained volunteers" (Watchtower lead Legal Counsel).
Why not just state "It's the Law - report it." The WTBTS always muddies the waters.

Waiting:I was speaking specifically about those that engage in child (or adult) rape.
I also feel strongly enough about this to extend some kind of punative measures against those that support such activity, as exemplified with child pornography, and those who groom children to later be sex-objects.
Franky it should be stamped out, not defended (as XQs appears to be doing).

The bottom line is that child abuse is wrong.
Where someone fantasises about children leading to self-abuse, well, that's likely only a stage away but no crime has been commited. Personally I suspect such individuals of being deranged, however.
This phrase also sounds familiar of WT corporate "doublespeak":
"In principal we always inform the social authorities and it is up to them to investigate further."

No it certainly means they present a bigger problem to parents trying to protect thier children...As well, people get caught engaging in "soft" forms of pedophilia all the time. Even large groups of them like the child porn web rings. If they put themselves in a position to act out of further thier fantasies then ya they cross the line and become criminal.
XQ also wants to deflect any ire against him by saying "well what about all those other criminals out there?" Answer: "Who gives a crap?"

Oh I think they should be lumped together in perhaps say a mass grave? Will do just fine for me. Unless of course XQ wants to do the senisible thing and refine his argument instead of "lumping" all pedophiles into his defense of them.
