My basic Attitude: I'm a Gemini. I used to have too many variables day to day on this subject until I entered recovery for trauma.
Right now I say let the children play and be good to them. They don't have to suffer like I did. Just watching them grow healthy and well rounded makes me happier about life and gives me hope. They don't have to inherit a shitty outlook on life.
