Anyone can practise witchcraft. There are individuals who seem to have more psychic ability than others, but I tend to think that witchcraft is learned and not an innate ability.
Thanks, Sirona.....I've long been intrigued with the Druids and Celtic gods/goddesses.....I'm sincerely curious, tho.....how affective can the spells and rituals be when performed by a lone accolite?

I do understand a lot more. A "spell" being compared to a "prayer" is the best explanation I have heard. Like everybody else...I just know about the Hollywood types !
