Given the religious natures of the 9/11 hijackers; it makes sense that the government agencies would keep tabs on what's going on. I mean, that IS what we pay them for. However, despite the surveillance, the groups have been allowed to do as they please when they please. Freedom of religion. Observation is not a restriction.

All I can say is my websters right here states that a pacifist is peacable and not warlike . jesus said happy are the peacable for they shall be called sons of God in his sermon on the mount . Sure jehovah is warlike in the old testament but that has nothing to do with the chistian movement of the 1st century or today . Christ was peacable when he walked the earth that's part the reason the jews couldn't accept him as king because he wasn't warlike and wanting to remove the romans from jerusalem . He is called the prince of peace .

Heathen, I just wanted to show you the official doctrine that in print, Jehovah's Witnesses are not pacifists:-) I thought you might enjoy that. Not too many Witnesses know they are not pacifists and have no problem with wars:-)

I can see the article was thought up during the UN NGO association it being in 1997 . I also notice it contradicts earlier articles that state the jehovah witnesses have beaten their swords to plowshares and spears into pruning hooks . I guess a pacifist organization did not qualify for NGO status so they distorted truths in order to comply . The UN reserves the right to use military force to enforce it's charter mandate and is not a pacifist organization even tho they claim they can solve the worlds problems through diplomacy and peacefully. For the WTBTS to comply and hold up the UN charter mandate they would have to also support whatever military action the UN deemed a just war .It's all pretty sick what those old basturds did in brooklyn .

Heathen, The Watch Tower Publishing Corporation has a pyramid of shady deals and error and maintenance of a mean force of agents apparently reflecting the lack of morals and the low ethics of the group leaders.
With just a little digging we come up with the parking fee scam and the United Nations membership. What do you suppose they are up to right now? These guys are the Mafia of the religions. They are crooks operating just inside of the law. If something they are doing is hurting them like the refusing to be recognized as a religion was endangering their nonprofit income tax status, they are quick to compromise and change their behaviors and demand compliance from the Witness people.
When I spoke up against it all they directed my sons to shun me. I am the Watch Tower Publishing Corporation's enemy for life:-) GaryB -

garybus-- I would consider it an honor to be shunned by the devil . You are right , that is one of the things I noticed in my short time of study was the reactionary discipline for thought crime . The minute I said somethings didn't add up suddenly they turned the cold shoulder and a deaf ear to anything I said or did . They are sneaky underhanded back biting mind controling frauds . I cannot put into words the anger I feel toward them and am glad that people like you are finding the words to describe the cult with truth .
