Personally, I enjoy critical posters. It reminds me of my narrow-minded past. It reminds me of how foolish I once was to actually believe that some guy can start up their own god from a pyramid, some paper, and a bunch of scary stories telling everyone they're going to die.
Why do they post? I think it is an excuse they use to go on these sites. They try to fool themselves by saying they're trying to "save" us apostates, but if they were really honest with themselves, they're just curious what the Foolish and Decrepit Slave is saying no to.
