    Nina and Family:

I know it is not easy to lose someone, especially to an uncontrollable illness. I am just glad to hear that you were able to be by her side, and her exit was peaceful. As I see it, she left the shell of her body, like a butterfly.. to fly off into the next new journey. You all will be in my thoughts, as you go through this grieving process.

    Best regards,

    X.

It was a beaufitul full moon.
If such a thing is possible, it was a good day to die!

My condolences. When I hear news of this nature it reminds me of my father passing away in front of us. It also reminds me of my father-in-law, he was a great person.

As you said, 'she went peacefully.'

My sincere condolences for the loss of your mother. I lost my mom last April to pancreatic cancer. I hope that you do not have to go through a disgusting JW funeral like I did. I had never been so offended in my life.

I'm so sorry. You Mom's story sounds so much like mine, seven years with Alzheimers. It seemed like her life was over long before she actually passed. When she died, the only way I could handle it was to go back to the house and go through all the old albums. I try to pull out the old memories rather than the ones when she was sick, but sometimes it's hard. I hope that medical science can find a cure!

So sorry to hear of your loss; my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I lost my grandmother some time ago and she had already prepared for the worst but her favourite and in turn my favourite poem was the one below; draw from it what you will.

    Nina,

My thoughts are with you and your family. So sad to lose your Mom, first from such a devasting desease and then the final loss. I do know first hand the relief that your mom's no longer suffering in that condition. Again (((so sorry))).... PC
