i loved Dinosaurs so much, as a kid i would have gleefully given in to your dorky desires ..... with or without the dino sheets.

why did i think of that? i was under the assumption there were no ancient archeologists ... but i never though maybe some bones had made their way to the surface through other means. naturally those people would be fascinated and make up stories about Dragons and monsters.

a guess the 'fire breathing' part was creative license ... or maybe even biblical somehow.

Perry again here is a site from a Christain source that reports the obvious truth that no human footprints are found with dinosuar. IBSS - The Bible and Science - Dinosaur and Human Footprints The prints are simply dino prints in soft mud that the two outer toes calapsed in leaving the center toe and heel impression. This means the prints are actually walking in the opposite direction as they would be if human. This is observed to be the case where the "human" tracks reached solid ground leaving a better impression of the foot. There were faked ones made at the sight when ythe real tracks were researched. No honest person could possibly mistake these for human tracks.

When the dinosaurs had fulfilled their purpose, God ended their life. But the Bible is silent on how he did that or when. We can be sure that dinosaurs were created by Jehovah for a purpose, even if we do not fully understand that purpose at this time. They were no mistake, no product of evolution. That they suddenly appear in the fossil record unconnected to any fossil ancestors, and also disappear without leaving connecting fossil links, is evidence against the view that such animals gradually evolved over millions of years of time. Thus, the fossil record does not support the evolution theory. Instead, it harmonizes with the Bible?s view of creative acts of God.

Bluesbrother ... you're right, it gives no answers. But insist that since dinosaur fossel record doesn't show a gradual development ... then it has to be creation.

First off ... I don't agree that it doesn't show developement from one era to another ... and futhermore, the fossil record of human beings clearly shows development and change.

Maybe Adam & Eve had oily dark eyes, tiny foreheads ... and very bad posture.

That picture is one of the frauds. It is huge and the gate was impossibel as well as the weight distribution was immediately recognized as a hoax. It is truly inexcusable for Creationists to be deceiving the gullible or trusting.

so when are they supposing that Dino's walked the planet? With people ... slightly before?

I can remember seeing an illistration in one of the books in the eighties showing the flood starting, thunder/lightening/rain and the ark. Lots of people outside crying, and Dinosaurs.

I don't know if someone else can help me out here?

I seem to remember that illustration ... its probably what fired my curiousity about the subject.

Anyway ... I hope someone post pics. My mom has an extensive library of old jdub pubs ... but if i go rummaging she'll get excited, thinking I'm returning to the fold. Can't set her up for disappointment. But I'll give a perusal one day when she's not home and see what I come up with.
