Oh, jojo, that makes it too easy for them! They'd be real happy to hear that - saves going out for another evening's meeting!
If The Elders Wanted To Disfellowship YOU, What Action Would YOU Take?

Here is what I did Minimus.
Elder phoned (after 8 years) to ask if any problem and if 2 elders can come over.
Said (over the phone) concerned that it is not the truth as I have looked at the histroy if society (elder really not interested), said I would phone him back if they should come.
Phoned him 2 days later and said that he must first look at all the phophesies that have gone wrong, he said NO he knows has the truth gave me 2 options 1.I must write a letter DIS myself or 2. Come to the KH at a certain time and if I am not there then they will go on ahead without me.
I did neither. A half a week later another elder phoned me and said they have announced that i am no longer a jw. I then said to him THE BLOOD IS ON HIS HEAD.
I would NOT GO THE THE KH and be subjected to MEN asking all types of questions and lording it over me or you for that matter. NO MORE. THEY ARE ONLY MEN. BELIEVE THAT Minimus THEY ARE ONLY MEN. My mom and big sister do not talk to me, but they will when they see that Christ is in me. All the best. Just remember you must do what you feel inside.

I would turn my back to them, pull my pants down just below my thighs, bend over at the waist, and tell them to pucker up and kiss my black Ass.
I don't give a flying F$%& what they think they can do to me.

Now I'd probably laugh myself sick.
A judicial trial is a club saying they don't want me as a member anymore. Why would I want to stay? If I wanted to cause trouble, I'd call newspaper reporters. I wouldn't threaten to sue the elders, I'd do it.
In reality the day the Witness people started to shun and snub me was a very good day. It removed all Witness people from my life and that has been a blessing.
Actually the Witness people don't need any enemies, they have each other. Witnesses are their own worst enemy. It's interesting to watch an organized religion, like the Witness group, that says it wants to be seen with this good facade to the public while it behaves so terribly. They think because they lock the Kingdom Hall door when they beat on their kids and because they hold their trials and strategy meetings behind closed doors they are invisible. Well I'll tell ya what, they ain't invisible! -

that's true...but, if your case is as mine was, sexual misconduct...they don't get to hear the juicy details to choke the bishop to later that night... luv, jojo

I'd tell them to hurry up & do what they seem fit. What's the use of drawing it out and making a huge thing about - their minds are closed and no amount of warring words will change their hearts/minds - unless they see it for themselves.

Amen to that Kitty. That's the one thing I would take back. I made the mistake of thinking I had to prove how repentant I was. But if they were really being led by the holy spirit, I shouldn't have had to convince them, they would've known, right? They just wanted the "nasty" details. (bleep)holes.

After screwing my self back into a straight face I would say, "Bring it on A**h*le". Of course then I would break out in hysterical laughing again.

tell me if anyone else has had this experience...
i was in a 3 elder judicial comittee, talking about how i had made out with a boy in his car at school. i glance over and the elder in the corner is rubbing his crotch like there's no tomorrow!!!! i kid you not!!!! it was disgusting...unfortunately, i was only 14 at the times, and didn't have the balls to say something about it.

So far, it seems that no one would defend themselves, feeling it's unnecessary.
