I hate it when I am in line at the grocery store, or any store, and the person ahead of me is finished with their transaction and they stay in place, rearranging their purse, or calculating their checkbook, instead of moving aside for the next in line..................ME!!!
uh oh I'm guilty of this. I hate going grocery shopping so that results in me making other shopper's lives difficult I guess! I promise to move next time I swear! The #1 thing that aggravates me is when people slack off and/or ride on other's coattails. For some reason these types have followed me around all my life. While in school, some kid was always trying to get my answers to the previous nights' assignment. WTF? I did my homework, why didn't you do yours you stupid fool? Or if I got a high grade on a test or assignment someone with a low grade or a fail always wanted to see my paper. Hell NO! Not my problem if you didn't study or you didn't understand! Why didn't you ask the teacher for some afterschool help? Then as I entered the working world I had to deal with the same BS! Some jerk in some other department failed to meet a deadline so I have to pick up the slack and deal with the annoyed customer or boss. Do your job dammit!
The phone company never getting my bill right.
I fought with SBC for four months one time over this. Ended up cancelling my land line because they refused to acknowledge the billing error and clear it up. One department would send me a letter stating it was taken care of, while another department was sending letters threatening collections. We went round and round. It was like watching a bad soap opera.
GRRRRRR...
My biggest pet peeve though is when people are bigoted or rude.

traffic jams that turn out to be rubber neckers slowing down to gawk at a motorist changing a tire...
drivers who do not know how to merge.
detours that send you into unfamiliar areas...and someone forgot to put up signs to show the rest of the alternate route.
looking for a parking space in downtown Boston...and the one way streets that are set out with no rhyme or reason....that send you further and further from your destination.
The Big Dig...
The only stress in my life is traffic related. Can you tell? Ok, I'm through ranting... but I have to drive into Boston today, and will encounter everything I just listed.
I need another cup of coffee...

I can't stand inefficientcy and blantent stupidity. and certain adverts on t.v and men/women that act like pricks and think that speaking about the opposite sex in vulgar terms is cool.

I remember when visiting Plymouth, MA and taking a tour it was mentioned that many of the roads were paved over cow paths, so they were winding and twisting and of varied widths. Perhaps Boston is much the same, I wouldn't be surprised to find out it was.
Coffee, I'll be in Boston today, too.
