I have owned an antique Singer treadle machine since I was about 14, and can use it very proficiently. I also can hand sew things, and have repaired many an antique quilt. I am constantly stitching my Dog's toys, and do the repair of my shirts, pants, and other essentials. I find it enjoyable and relaxing as long as I have the time to do it.

I can sew. I made my daughter the most beautiful wool dress coat lined in rich rose satin, with her initials embroidered on the inside in a little logo I designed. I was so full of myself over it I took it into work to show off!
