You know at some point there is going to be more exJW than stupid JWs. I think we ought to make that point our go signal and rejoin the Org. Then we can really stick it to them with goofball answers at the meetings. And Atomic wedgies for the circuit overseer.

Thanks, Norm. Did you notice that nearly all of the people in the audience either looked extremely bored (to the point of looking stoned) or were actually unconscious? Must not have been a very gripping drama! (I did notice three codgers in the front row who looked very attentive. I'm guessing they are CO's or above.)

I finally heard this drama, and boy did it make me mad.
It isn't that college is forbidden here; it is just made to look selfish, greedy and out of touch.
The only ones who have an education in the drama are "jonathan", timothy's imaginary friend, and the greedy, creepy Philetus. Who is the WT stabbing with this character? Just those horrible horrible men and women in the hall who have their own businesses, and want to employ young witnesses.
It is the 70's all over again, just more insidious. The WT is VERY ANTI-COLLEGE. Don't be fooled.
And of course the reason has been stated. When you go to college, you find out that people are not the evil cartoon figures that the WT has drawn them to be.
There are very good people who just happen to be NOT witnesses.
And you find out that many people actually believe in Jesus, and try to pattern their life after him.
You find out that people do crazy things when they are young; that is part of growing up. It does NOT make them evil, or worldly.
To TED J. and all the boys in Bethel: you *are* the antichrist. You take every good thing about Jesus and trivialize it in submission to your fake god Jehovah.

Wait...the dramas are lip-synched? Always? Or just this latest one? To my cynical mind, if they are always lip-synched, that is merely another example of control by the WTS, making sure "the message" stays to its original content with no possibility of deviation by the "actors".
