I doubt anyone is looking for ways to "add to our lifespan," anymore than you are by your participation.
You must, at your leisure, review the various threads asking that VERY question, 'Why are you here?' and my responses thereto. Indeed, my lifespan IS the reason that I am here. For with the heart one exercises faith, but WITH THE MOUTH (okay, fingers), one makes PUBLIC DECLARATION for salvation.
Why are YOU here?
In general, as stated above. On this particular thread, three reasons:
1. I feel responsible in part, due to my words being what set Farkel 'off' on this particular tangent;
2. My love for YOU all... and desire to see you make peace with one another; and
3. That which I stated at the outset, above.

What I find especially galling is that as ignorant as she is, she actually thinks she's clever. She wears her ignorance as a source of pride when actually it's quite pathetic. Her rudimentary attempts at deception are downright stupid... otherwise they'd be funny.

As I am trying to get things settled here, this little discussion continues to play in my mind. I am utterly astounded that there are actually people like bigboi and teejay, functioning in society. I assume when they have conversations in real life, they probably jump to conclusions as well, and do not allow others a chance to explain. And when the person explains what they meant by a comment they insinuate the person is then changing their story. I have never changed my views or lied about what I have said.
I will say this one more time, alot of people who are intelligent, are not educated. When they become educated, they then think so highly of themsleves, they assume they are brilliant...this is unfortunalty not always the case. And throughout my post, I actually am giving Teejay a compliment! I am saying he is intelligent...but, I may have been wrong because he just did not get it. I have had several private conversations with others on this board, who also refer to Teejay in the same way.
I made a comment about intelligent people then referred to "them" as "they" HMMMM where in my comment did I mention race? I did not and nowhere in my post did I mention race. Teejay is the one bringing the race card in here again. How, silly to fall back on the color of ones skin. It is not what makes a person a likeable or worthy person. But, I guess it is easier to try and discredit me, by claiming I am a racist.
I said I was done, and I was until, this insanity started coming from their mouths. Come on, do you actually think I am going to sit by, as you try to paint me as a racist and put words in my mouth?
If this type of thing interests you, go for it. I can't think of anything I would rather not be doing. I have much work to do now, so I again am turning off my pc. Have a good day all

Nothing good ever comes from engaging those slimeballs. It is obvious to all what they are doing here. They've played the race card for all it is worth in every thread they could, de facto implying that any criticism of them personally makes you responsible for past sins against their ancestors. It's so laughable and obvious. Anyone who consider those wankers worthy of any merit will be incapable of understanding any point you make anyway.

If this was real life, the little heifer would be over in the icu ward already, if she was lucky, the way she was getting rolled, and NO helper (for good reason). It's hard, in discussions like these (impossible, really, at least for me), to take you seriously. When it comes to logic, religious philosophy, Nietzche, etc., you're in your element and no one here can touch you, even if they are interested (I'm usually not). On the other hand, when it comes to real life stuff, Jan, especially issues peculiar to Americans, you aren't. It's that simple. That doesn't make you a bad person, anymore than I'm bad because I'm clueless about YOUR culture.
Einstein often forgot where he lived. He didn't sweat the small stuff. Because he forgot his phone number or the street address of his home didn't make him dumb--just dumb at some things. Even computers are like that, good at some things, really stupid at others <can I get an "AMEN"?>. You're smart in your own way, Jan. I give you credit. I ain't gonna take nothing away from you. But in some other ways, very evident even online, you're as dumb as a rock. No offense meant. We are all dumb in some way or another. There are several areas where I claim absolute stupidity. Not a problem.

They hook up? Maybe, maybe not. Either way, he sees something worth protecting, like Europeans always did with their 'treasures' (if you catch my drift, and I know you do), so he sees fit to do his chivalrous duty. You must remember that I am a working girl. I work three 12-hour shifts, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, in a small town about 1-1/2 hours from home. I stay with my sister and usually take a break from the world of jw.com.
As for my saying I'm a man... Bigboi laughed at my joke, but as seems typical of you, you took it quite literally. For those who have met me, you are quite a laughingstock, Teejay.
Your erroneous assumption that Bigboi "laughed" at your joke is what is sadly laughable, as you have discovered (will you do the right thing and apologize for what you said about me above?).
Teejay, if I had a dollar for every time you felt you or someone else were owed an apology, I’d be a rich woman by now. I thought Bigboi understood that I was making a joke; I see I was mistaken. We can all laugh together now.
I do not apologize for calling you a laughingstock because I still believe it’s true. Not only did you take my original comment seriously, but you also persist in the s/he him/her stuff and take me to task for heinous deception and egregious dishonesty. If my worst sin is making what I thought was an obvious joke, I think I can sleep at night.

Actually, had I been paying closer attention rather than giving you the benefit of the doubt as I did, I wouldn't have been surprised by your latest flop (or is it "flip) that you are female. In the asshole wars thread, you'd admitted to having used several different aliases in the past, in other words admitting to a little deception, in presenting yourself untruthfully. JanH once pointed to the heinous nature of such an act in the case of DC's Ghost, Suzi Mahem, Acapulco Gold, etal, but when it's you and others of the "more established posters" set, then it's okay. (This is one of the double standards inherent with some that I find so egregious. One does something and it's considered good/bad... someone else does the exact same thing and it's given the opposite connotation. In another thread, Cornerstone, in pointing to a similar phenomenon here on JW.com--if not in life--said: "POLITICS." That might be the word I'm looking for.)

Yes, I have also posted as Ginger, AbFabPatsy, and BarneyFife. Ginger bantered with the Professor and other male posters. AbFabPatsy and BarneyFife each made one comment, both intended to be funny and both direct quotes from the characters. My intent was entirely playful.
When Simon exposed multiple identities, he and several of our colleagues on this board forgave me my heinous sins. Although my screen was like scarlet, it was washed clean and became as white as snow.
You could start a new thread about Dark Clouds, Suzi Mayhem, and Acapulco Gold. JanH thought they were all one person. The nicks came from the same ISP address, but DC and Suzi said they were several people sharing the same computer. I don’t know which is true and left it as a matter between them and Simon. If you think this is a case of politics, please take it up with Simon. I had no control over his decision.
Still, to find fault with and disparage me for simply thinking that you are a man (and referring to you as such) is a bit disingenuous, wouldn't you say? Afterall, we haven't met. The only contact I have with you is through the reading of what you post. You offer no photo as part of your user profile and even if you did, would I have good reason to disbelieve it was actually you, considering your admitted past deceptions? Yes I would. Such a photo would have zero credibility with me. I'm just being honest.

Interesting. You're the second, maybe the third person who's made the statement that teejay has no redeeming qualities (norm and janh were the others). It's a good thing that my self-image is totally disconnected from yours in this and every other matter, eh? <g> While I admit that there are some who have said things and posted things that I don't agree with or care for, I'd never say the author had NO redeeming qualities, but that's me. It's telling that you see yourself in such a circumstance as to be able to confidently do so. Wow.
Please read my statement again, Teejay. I carefully worded it because I have never known anyone without some redeeming qualities. I also understand that there are facets of your personality others may know and love that I may not have seen on this board.
