What was on your mind during those halcion days of the 70's. When Disco was king, and real men back then were required to dance. Johnny Terrio, Saturday Night Fever, Medallions and open shirts exposing much chest hair, if you had any. The 80's brought about big hair bands, cable television, computers and MTV. We have crossed several lifetime zones in such a short time.

What in the Hell were we thinking, what was on our minds during those changing and challenging times. What have we left our children with as a result of our miracled bygone days of the 70's & 80's? What was your pleasure, your fancy, during those strange and wonderful days? Now that you're older, what do you think you missed of those days? What do you wish you would've missed?

I didn't miss all of the disco era. I was in the process of fading and went to disco clubs frequently and had a good time. I do wish I would have missed the drug scene.

There's only 6 yrs between us Mrs. Jones. Hows about the 80's a very unique time for young people back then?

What are you talking about?! I loved the 70s and 80s!!!

I could dance that disco music so well! Loved the beat! Didn't like the fashion, though.

Even rap music had a nice beat back then, and wasn't as raunchy.

I was pretty young in the '70s, but my mom would not let me listen to disco because she said it came from voodoo fertility rituals and homosexuals.

I listen to '70s disco all the time now. Big fan!!!

Yeah the 80's were cool - musicwise that is. I love watching vh1 classics and seeing all the old videos that I still love. I especially love the alternative music show.

I think everyone thinks whatever decade they grew up in to be special. For me it's the 80's, for my parents it's the 60's, and for my kids it will be the 2010's to 2020's.
