  he pulled her towards him, sexually assaulted her and began to kiss her.. .

  This probably happens in all churches, scouting, ball teams...where the adults in charge become demigods and the kids are encouraged to listen to and do whatever that trusted adult tells them to do. Particularly young teen or tween girls who are sooooo susceptible to being told they are pretty or sexy or are given attention like that.

  But in the Kingdom Halls around the world, the perps have found refuge. They know that if there is anything done at all, it wont really affect them and the elders dont TELL anybody so they can just continue their activities...victim after victim. The WTS would rather risk the safety of our children than "look bad" to the public. And as soon as one of these cases comes to light, they DISAVOW that person conveniently.

  I noticed that my estranged JW husband has been doing construction work on both the hall near our house and an addition on the Convention Hall. It used to be you couldnt be included in working even on KH builds unless you carried and maintained the minimum hours every month. I know he doesnt and never did so apparently they are desperate enough to take anybody who can wield a hammer. Hes a contractor. A good one...perhaps they "overlook" that pesky hour requirement eh?

  Clarification on Blood in Bulgaria

  it's been established that the wt convinced the bulgarian government that there are "no sanctions" on jws who accept blood transfusions, in order to obtain legal recognition by that government.

  my question is this:.

  does the wt actually now allow bulgarian jws to accept blood transfusions without consequence?.

  And you can see the WTS smiling as they said this...knowing that they were having their cake and eating it to, and instead of being the ones to bring sanction on the poor JWs who accept blood, they prop the gun up against that door and watch with glee while the JWs walk through it and assassinate themselves.

  Its just too bad the same rule of law doesnt apply to those who are PEDOPHILES and WIFE BEATERS that when they do those things they are AUTOMATICALLY DISASSOCIATED.

  The JW always manage to celebrate Thanksgiving. They find a way to have that big turkey dinner with all the EXACT SAME FIXINs just not on the same day the rest of us do. And the same can be done with Christmas. The holiday is long and even when I was a JW we went a couple days before or even AFTER Xmas day to be with my family for a get together. And I didnt buy gifts as a JW but they did give me little things anyway and I was gracious about receiving them. The RELATIVES are not under the same inane rules as the JWs are and THEY shouldnt have to cow tow to that organization. If they want to give gifts from the heart those gifts should be RECEIVED and the giver not insulted.

  Dont force him to do anything he doesnt want to do or he will end up ruining your joy and you will spend ALL your time catering to him.

  Wow...BIGGGGGG HUGS to your whole family honey. Mumsie hang in there sweetie. Time will help this. Surround yourself with people who love you UNCONDITIONALLY. Perhaps the rest of your family will follow you out when they see how HAPPY you are outside that spiritual jail.

  You are all very brave. We hope we can help fill the gaping holes left after the "Troof" has been surgically removed. :)

  Frustrated with the JW in law sitch

  so my husband rarely talks to his sister and never talks to his mom.

  his sister, brother in law and mom will have nothing to do with me because 10 years ago when i left the jws they heard rummors (gossip) that i was apostate.. husband is totally apostate too by their standards but they ignore what they don't want to see.

  he celebrates all the holidays, goes to church, celebrates birthdays and bad mouths the wts all the time.. well sister in law calls this morning and he is on the phone with her for one hour.

  Oh I get this....last year this time my father in law ripped me a new one over a CHRISTMAS CARD I sent via email. FIL was offended that I didnt print out, sign and send via regular mail a PERSONAL copy of that newsletter but instead just included him in a "mass mailing". ???? But he didnt say it to ME he said all this stuff to my HUSBAND his SON. But did my husband defend me???? Or tell his father he was OUT OF LINE? Oh hell no he didnt. He told his father that I "was not as evil as he thought I was" and said he agreed that "writing a newsletter to people was just selfishness" and he too was tired of "having Christmas jammed down his throat" every year. AND...said husband sent me the letter and told me to CALL HIS FATHER AND APOLOGIZE to him! I was like WHAT THE FUCK??? are you CRAZY???? Yep...it was immediately after that incident that I decided it was time for me to go.

  So yeah...I get how you feel.

  For all dog owners....One happy dog!

  i have resisted buying a dog bed, just because they are too expensive.

  i can slap together some old blankets, sheets etc., and pile them up, and the old boy will happily lay down on them.. today at sams wholesale, i found a bed for $29.00 with a zipper so i can wash the cover.

  it was a monster to get into the car, stuff in the back seat, and it obstructed all vision.

  I work at Sams and often look at the ginormous box those items come in and wish there was a way to get the BOX home so my cats could play in it LOL. They sleep in the weirdest places...never would it be on a bed actually MEANT for pets LOL! Shelves, drawers, boxes, behind computers, on top of TVs, half on and half off window sills in the sun...

  my mom just called (she is an active jehovah's witness) she basically has very little to do with me.

  however she want's to come and visit me and my wife on christmas day .

  she lives in another state and wants spend the night.

  What she is doing is testing you...if you REALLY loved me like you SAY you do then LETS SEE WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO DO TO SHOW IT.

  Dont. Dont you DARE change ANYTHING. Your wife and kids are your responsibility now and the worst example you can be is a wishy washy one and you stand to hurt your wife to appease your mother. Your wife will still BE THERE when your mother LEAVES you know. So...the choice seems clear to me.

  Mom, you know its Christmas Day. You know my wife celebrates that holiday as we all will be. You are welcome to come, but this is my home and you will come with full knowledge of what you will be walking into. If Christmas is offensive to you, I suggest between now and the 25th that you dont shop. Dont get gas. Dont turn on the TV. Dont turn on the radio. Close your curtains so you cant see your neighbors decorations and cover your ears when you go outside in case someone says happy holidays....or are you going to warn THEM that you are coming out and that THEY should not celebrate Christmas either if they want to see YOUR money in their stores?

  I love you mom...I dont appreciate you testing my love for you.
