  Photoshop Op...

  wouldn't it be great to see the big 8, wel the big 8 in the jw world not the national leaders big 8, ehem.. if they would all grow a beard for the next business meeting in october, where the nu-lite(r) is that beards are ok for men.. could someone photoshop one of the prevalent new smiley photos of the gb and put a few weeks of whisker growth on them?.

  just wondering what it would look like.

  not duck dynasty length, perhaps, but nicely trimmed full beards, or maybe goatees.. what do you think it would look like?

  the only way i can sit through the meetings is due to having my tablet and connection to this forum!.

  since awakening, i can't believe how much i cringe each and every meeting when i hear all the propaganda and garbage spewed out from the bible and the society!.

  i only cope by venting on here.. (plus it is so easy when sitting at the back of the hall or on the sound control box... hahaha).

  I use my own Internet connection ...not the khalls one...

  I can surf all I like....

  so far I haven't made any stuff ups on sound either as yet....

  Careful using the log in everyone!

  When the zone visit tie in occured last year, the log ins were specific for each cong...so that they could ensure all who logged in were authentic. (Plus it would allow them to track where the log in was from)

  So, is that log in just for a cong or specific region? If so the branch may know who (or from what cong) it was leaked....just in case you don't want any heat ......

  Trolleys everywhere in my neck of the woods

  i went to an appointment today and what do you know a trolley.. i couldn't stop and chat, but i have another appoinment thursday, i will go early and have a chat.

  i love this it's great fun chatting to jws whilst being df'd.. any ideas for my presentation?.

  The part in this weeks service meeting went into great and boring detail re the cart work etc...

  It attempted to build up hype in it and excitement.

  THEN the bro said "of course those who wish to be part of this aspect of service need to be approved by the service committee first.."

  So, in other words, unless someone is of the elite, they don't get to do it....then why waste a 15 min part prattling on about getting involved with it if only a handful at most in the cong can do it!

  hi to all my fellows "apostates" in all world... especially in e.u.a.

  and uk.. as some of you already know, ex-jw in portugal created a leaflet especialy to send to jw in all the country (individualy or to congregations).

  we must say that it was a sucess from the point of view of the impact originated.

  Yep, everyone has tablets now, especially the "spiritual" ones!

  We even had a bethel elder give the bible highlights using his small iPhone!!

  Yes, seriously...he didnt even take a bible up on the stage....just his iPhone....looked like a tool to be honest reading out of a phone!

  appears to be sweet to newcomers, looks light and fluffy and colourful, but it is bad for your health!.

  so we all know that matt 11:28-30 says .

  28 "come to me, all you who are toiling and loaded down, and i will refresh you.29 take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for i am mild-tempered and lowly in heart, and you will find refreshment for yourselves.

  30 for my yoke is kindly, and my load is light.. it amazes me immensely how the organisation has completely overlooked the intent of this verse as supposedly said by gods son!.
